Dreams Balloon Art are a professional balloon decorating company based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. We decorate all events from small family parties to the larger corporate events. Our balloon decoration has even been shown on TV in a recent documentary about Thorpe Park in Surrey.
Our balloon decoration takes us to many locations from Birmingham in the Midlands to London and beyond in the South.
