Welcome your guests with a choice of entrance decor.  Seen here are 2 latex floor bouquets either side of the main entrance to a hotel function room in Osterley, Heathrow.  Other options available for entrance decor could come in the form of pearl or spiral arches, balloon trees (see example below), balloon clouds and foil and latex floor displays.

The newly decorated Carrington Suite (June 2006) at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, Newport Pagnell is an excellent choice for your recption. These entrance bouquets sit proudly either side of the entrance to welcome your guests.

Many people choose basic table decoration in the form of 3 balloon bouquets with a hand made bow. However, the choice here is endless, from Double bubble tall centre displays to delightful Topiary Trees with floral base. Our portfolio is filled with ideas to transform your tables into something special.

Our Goldfish bowl centrepieces come complete with flowers (roses or gerberas), candles, bear grass and mirror base and crystals. A lovely display.

For a piece of real elegance on the guest table, this 22" foil - 'Love Doves' sits pretty in the centre of 3 latex Pearlised balloons.

Try Chocolate brown, beige and Ivory for a quite unique colour scheme.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------TOP TIPS: When choosing your balloon colours try to take into account the colour scheme of the venue. Colours which compliment the walls and lighting of the function room will show off displays to their maximum effect. Many hotels have a fairly neutral colour scheme which doesn't cause a problem but it is worth bearing in mind.

These 3 balloon bouquets in Light Blue, Silver & white were displayed at the 'Orangery', Whittlebury hall.

Topiary trees offer a contrast to your decoration as they can be combined with balloons(5"), tulle netting and a co-ordinated fresh flower display in the base. You may even wish to include some confectionery items at the base, the choice is yours!!  The advantage of this sort of design is that they last for many days afterwards, so people can take them home.

Another example of one of our popular Topiary Trees in a Pearlised Purple colour with matching flowers at the base.

Hearts-a-flutter incorporates small heart shapes balloons with a stunning 'Butterfly' print floating balloon inside a balloon. Finished with tulle netting and 2 balloon clusters at the base this is a unique piece of decoration suitable for a buffet or gift table.

This photograph was taken at a function near Heathrow Airport. The double bubble display is finished with tulle and a bow weight. A good choice of decoration if you have a high ceiling.

Why not go that extra mile and let us design drapes for the guest tables. Seen here using miniature heart foil balloons, ivy and small round balloons.

The Hatton Court Hotel in Hanslope was the setting for these displays of lilac and ivory bouquets.

Soft pastel shades were the order of the day at this marquee wedding at Horwood House.

The balloon clouds in this photo are taken at a wedding at the Cock Hotel, Stony Stratford. The clouds are linked from each guest table with co-ordinated ribbon. The colours of Purple, Silver & Ivory are an excellent contrast.

These pictures were taken at Wilton Hall. The 3 balloon clouds float elegantly above the top table which is completed with 2 topiary trees in lilac and silver, another popular combination of colours.

If you have a long top table then why not go for 5 balloon clouds for even greater impact!!

Milton Keynes in Black and Pink with clear
message print balloons

A balloon arch is a flexible piece of decoration. It is seen here spanning the head table. The front of the table is trimmed with small balloons and ribbon swags maintaining the colour theme throughout.  This example is displayed at The Corn Exchange, Bedford.

Whether it's an arch behind the top table or as a backdrop feature for the cake table they both give height and elegance as seen in this example at the Cock Hotel, Stony Stratford.

This elegant balloon arch is featured at the Kingfisher, Deanshanger. Baby Pink & Silver balloons compliment each other well.

Arches are extremely effective when positioned behind the cake table providing a perfect backdrop for photos. This picture was taken at the Hilton Hotel, Milton Keynes. The baby balloons and ribbon finish off the design.

TOP TIPS: You should always consider the height of the ceiling when selecting your balloon designs. A low ceiling could spell problems for arches and floating clouds (especially in marquees). Whereas a high ceiling should suggest use some tall decoration to fill the high open spaces.

The buffet table gives you a chance to have something a little different on display.  One of the most popular choices is the Baby Bubbles display which features 2 large clear balloons and a standard one inside whereas the middle balloon features a number of small 5" balloons, hence baby bubbles.  Finished off with tulle netting and a balloon base with confettios this is once again a great addition to any function.  This example was displayed at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Newport Pagnell.
